The ELCOVISON 10 stereo module can transform also non-stereo images into stereo images using a epipolar transformation. This enables the user to measure object with no discrete points or edges. When
epipolar lines and other aids offer no more sufficient assistance the stereoscopic measurement is the method of choice.
The following methods for the optical separation of the left and right picture are supported:
- Anaglyph mode (red blue)
- Stereo viewer (optical beam splitter)
- Nuvision System
- Crystal Eyes (LCD shutterglasses)
